Ewing Police Officers arrived on scene and found the victim, Dehaven Rogers in the front yard of the residence.

A suspect, Amir Williams, was seen in the front window of the residence, according to Mercer County Prosecutor Angelo J. Onofri.

Arriving Ewing police established a perimeter around 75 Sussex Street with their weapons drawn and began ordering Williams to come out with his hands up.
